I have worked with Rita on and off since 1994. Rita's ability to create space and nurture growth is incredible. She leads with what if and why not and through our work together I have learned to trust myself, and my intuition and to embrace the authentic me. The transformational results, connection, and support keep me coming back.

[In 2020], after 25 years of working with the same company, in the same sales position, I needed a complete change in my life. So, for my 60th birthday, I bought myself the Private Diamond Coaching Program which included a transformational experience at the Medicine Horse Ranch. The time we spent at the ranch allowed me to change my perception of a traumatic experience with childhood illness and to move past my limiting beliefs.

My wish list of accomplishments for 2021 seemed daunting at first. But as I continued to work with Rita, they consistently and effortlessly continued to show up. By January 8, 2021, I had changed the product I sell, my manager, my hours, and my life. Because I stayed with the same company I was able to keep all of my tenured bonuses and benefits while doubling my average volume per sale and my income.

Today, I am writing this on a Friday afternoon after a four-day workweek something which is now enjoyed by my entire team and which was the last item on the list of things I wanted to accomplish in the Private Diamond Coaching Program.

The results of the year's work were amazing, came with such ease, and continue to unfold to this day. It was a life-changing process of creating miracles, spaciousness, and balance. I now have a lifestyle that gives me space for friends, family, hobbies, sports, and self-care ” all of it. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Rita and for her ability to foster the deep changes I needed to move forward, be happy, and enjoy my life.
