When I started working with Rita this summer I was uninspired, really beat up, and found it very difficult to find any motivation.

I was exhausted and tired, and really couldn't take my work environment any longer. I quit my job and started with a new company. I needed to recharge, create a plan to finish the year and try to stay on track with my goal of funding $40M in loans.

Rita helped reinspire me and re-energize my business over the course of the last 6 months. My goal for the year was to increase my business to $40M, which is slightly less than 20%. Rita encouraged me to set my goal at $50M AND I will hit $50M by December, a 43% increase over last year. It will be the best year of my career in 16 years!
