I was out of alignment and stuck in patterns of over-giving, doing, and delivering while under-charging and earning. This was overwhelming me and was negatively impacting my personal and business success. I knew what I was doing wasn't sustainable, but I couldn't see how to make the necessary changes on my own or from other mentors in my life. Rita guided me to embrace my value and raise my fees and set boundaries accordingly. She helped me maintain a high-vibration mindset in response to the challenges that emerged as I implemented these necessary changes. She held me through the ups and downs of the process, enabling me to truly establish trust in myself and my worth.

Through my work with Rita, I first put a hard stop on the over-giving. I raised my fees and went off insurance panels and most of all stepped out of the traditional model for practicing psychotherapy. This has opened the opportunity to work more in alignment with my calling both personally and professionally “ as well as increasing my prosperity. Now, I see fewer clients but make more money and have more time for other areas of my life. Rita helped me gain clarity on who I really am on a soul level through the archetype work we did. Then she provided the structure, direction, accountability, and inspiration I needed to move forward.  Above all else, she helped me access the power within me and claim my identity as a change agent for creating peace, order, and prosperity. Working with Rita has been foundational to every aspect of my life.
