“By all measures, I had a solid, dedicated staff of architects but I still found myself managing everything and chasing work opportunities.”

AWA (Ana Williamson Architect)

I was finding less time for the creative pursuit(s) that I love and cherish. I was exhausted and my energy was depleted. I knew there had to be another way to approach running my architectural practice. It wasn’t until I met Rita that I understood this was all possible, and more.

Rita was able to unwrap my company’s great potential by asking the right questions and coaching me through her 7 key prosperity practices model of success. She tapped into several limiting beliefs that were hindering my ability to see clearly the true value of what I could build and helped me transform my thinking so I could find the path to self-realization, joy, and expansion. Her incredible guidance has been key to the complete transformation I have experienced within the last year.

Rita introduced me to the concept of co-creating a vision for AWA. She helped facilitate the process of co-creation and in doing so, it became clear that there were some major energy leaks and that some things needed to change. Once we articulated our company’s vision, we were able to clearly identify what was not in alignment and proceeded to put in place systems that allow us to move towards a more cohesive, productive, vibrant, and impactful company.

The culture is now what we always dreamed it would be and we continue to attract the right types of projects and clients.

Rita has truly been a gift to me and my practice. Her open, positive and passionate guidance has been invaluable both at personal and professional levels. She really cares about her clients and is masterful at helping them find the way to a more joyful, purposeful and impactful way of being. The biggest gain for me has been the ability to pull back and allow the magic to unfold.

Born in Colombia, I came to the United States for college and graduate studies. I always knew I wanted to be an architect. I feel fortunate to have been able to own my architecture practice for the last 24 years and realize my life’s purpose.
